DATA ENTRY
Enters customers pertinent data accurately from source documents within the given time. Review data and correct errors or incompatibilities if there are any. Updates and maintains information in the computer system.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Managing and fulfilling orders including refunds and replacements. Record all cases in Asana such as return requests, cancellations, replacement, order shipping info, pending item inquiry. Ensures add comments on each case with the email responses. Checks orders in the Sales Sheet and tagged appropriately e.g. Canceled, OOS, Negative, Shipped, Received, etc.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsible to provide updates to customers about orders. Prioritize emails from customers, then, vendors and suppliers. Call suppliers in cases like return labels, ship date, delayed fulfillment of orders, and other order related concerns.

EMAIL HANDLING AND RESPONSE
Checks daily emails and quickly respond to senders appropriately. Organizes inbox with labels, folders, and categories to avoid cluttered emails in order to maximize time with other business-related obligations.

FILE MANAGEMENT
Applies a logical approach to keeping files and documents organized. Putting labels in each folder by topics and categories. It helps the overall functions of the business workflow if all important data are easily found and retrieved.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Responsible to keep business workflow accordingly. Uses a cloud-based tool for faster and better results and to easily collaborate across teams and ensures the client is always in the loop.
